Research assistant to a PhD researcher studying how contraction mode, eccentric versus concentric, and muscle length affect hamstring size, architecture and strength.

I helped set up the study, recruited and brought in participants, gathered the data in the lab, and organised and sorted the dataset, taking work off the researcher so more time could go into the thesis.
